Barista/Cashier

• Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and speciality beverages.
• Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils and equipment.
• Cleaning service and seating areas.
• Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers.
• Servicing customers and taking orders.
• Ordering, receiving and distributing stock supplies.
• Receiving and processing customer payments.
• Assisting with the management of health and safety.
• Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices.
• Managing and training any junior baristas.
• Monitoring portion and waste control.
• Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards.
• Store food products in compliance with safety practices and HACCP.
• Maintain Top Hygienic environment at the store.
• Communicate with legal and safety department to ensure all processes remain compliant withgovernmental regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
