Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista Cashier to join our team for the 2nd location in the NW 89130. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service while preparing and serving our delicious Empanadas and SILOG meals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, food safety, and customer satisfaction, ensuring a welcoming environment for all patrons.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with attention to quality and presentation.
• Handle cashier responsibilities, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Serve our signature Empanadas and SILOG meals to customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including cleaning coffee equipment and dining spaces.
• Follow food safety protocols to ensure all food items are prepared and served in compliance with health standards.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all items meet quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in coffee service or food service is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is highly desirable.
• Understanding of food safety practices and standards.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 20.0 per week
