B- Dealer & Channel Sales ( Assistant Manager Role)

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead a team of sales executives to promote products to existing and new accounts to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

-Oversee all OEM partnerships with contractors, carpenters and other stakeholders to penetrate and gain market share in the showroom market segment,

-Develop and maintain strong relationship with carpenters and other stakeholders.

-Work closely with the Specification team to follow up on project leads and ensure successful closure of all opportunities..

-Serve as the main point of contact for OEM suppliers and trade professionals.

-Gather and relay market insights to management for strategic decision-making.

-Work with internal teams, including marketing, accounts, logistics, and customer

-Service to ensure smooth sales management and project deliveries.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Sales \& Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role within the building materials or architectural products industry with proven supervising sites and sales track record.

Visit dealers, carpenters, and key stakeholders regularly to promote company products.

Prior experience in a retail or showroom environment with a focus on consultative selling is an advantage.

Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Track leads and manage ongoing projects with Salesforce.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
