HR Assistant (Russian Speaking)

We are looking for an HR Assistant to join HR Team at The Visa Services. If you already have HR experience and enjoy working with people and are looking for a role where you'll gain hands-on experience across all areas of HR, we'd love to hear from you!

• Responsibilities
• -Support day-to-day HR operations and administration.-Manage the recruitment process, including CV screening, interviewing candidates, and coordinating interviews.-Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and other HR documentation.-Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.-Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.-Assist employees with HR-related matters and support various HR projects.
• Requirements
• -Previous HR experience is a must.-
• Native-level Russian and fluent English.

-Strong Excel skills are required.-Excellent communication skills.-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.-UAE-based candidates only.

• What We Offer
• -AED 7,000 per month.-Employment visa and medical insurance.
