Restaurant Service Assistant

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Guest Service Associate to provide excellent dining service and ensure guests enjoy a pleasant experience. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist them with seating.
• Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
• Take customer orders accurately and serve food and drinks promptly.
• Ensure dining tables remain clean and properly arranged.
• Respond to guest requests professionally and courteously.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and company service standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
