Lithia Hyundai of Fresno is expanding our Used Vehicle Service Team.

What You'll Do

• Perform inspections and identify mechanical and electrical concerns on used vehicles
• Perform engine, transmission, brake, suspension, steering, electrical, HVAC, and drivability repairs
• Prepare used vehicles for sale while maintaining expectations for safety, reliability, and quality
• Use diagnostic equipment and dealership systems to troubleshoot vehicle concerns
• Complete repairs while maintaining productivity and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of automotive dealership experience
• Hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles
• Comfortable working on multiple make and models
• Solid electrical and diagnostic expertise
• We prefer ASE Certifications.
• Comfortable managing a busy workload while meeting quality and time expectations.
• Comfortable using diagnostic equipment and dealership computer systems
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Flat Rate Pay Range for this position is $31.00 - $45.00.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
