Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Store Keeper cum Assistant Accountant to join our catering company in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting both inventory management and basic accounting functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate record-keeping.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record food items, materials, and supplies
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock registers
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment
- Issue materials as per company procedures
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits
- Ensure proper storage and cleanliness of all store items
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and supplier documentation
- Support basic accounting entries and record-keeping tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting or related field
- Experience in catering or food industry preferred
- Basic knowledge of accounting procedures
- Knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
