Accounts Manager – Luxury Retail

About the Role:

We are looking for an accomplished Accounts Manager – Luxury Retail Division to lead and elevate our accounting operations. This role demands both strategic oversight and hands-on expertise within a luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable and general ledger

· Manage and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability

· Prepare and analyze income statements and financial reports

· Ensure accurate and timely account reconciliations and closing processes

· Maintain strong financial controls and compliance standards

· Provide financial insights to support business decisions and growth

· Support budgeting, forecasting and audit requirements

· Lead and supervise the accounting team while improving processes and efficiency

Qualifications:

· Minimum 15 years of accounting experience

· At least 5 years in luxury retail or fashion industry

· Strong expertise in financial reporting and accounting systems

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail

· Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure

· Strong leadership and analytical skills

· Certified Accountant
