Job Description

Al Dalil Almtmez General Contracting is seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our construction

team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in structural steel and construction welding, with a

strong commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

. Perform welding works using ARC, MIG, and TIG welding methods as required.

. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.

. Cut, fit, align, and weld metal components according to project specifications.

. Operate welding machines, grinders, and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.

. Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards.

. Carry out fabrication, repair, and maintenance works on construction sites.

. Maintain welding tools and equipment in good working condition.

. Follow all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.

. Coordinate with supervisors and site engineers to complete assigned tasks on schedule.

Requirements

. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Welder in the construction industry.

. Experience in structural steel fabrication and site welding is preferred.

. Proficient in ARC, MIG, and TIG welding techniques.

. Ability to read and understand fabrication drawings and technical plans.

. Knowledge of welding safety standards and proper use of PPE.

. Physically fit and able to work in a construction environment.

. UAE construction experience is an advantage.
