Gilani Mobility LLC is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Welder / Fabricator to join our production team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with strong fabrication and welding expertise who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and precision engineering.

You will be involved in manufacturing and modifying mobility equipment, vehicle accessibility systems, and custom metal fabrications that improve the lives of People of Determination.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality welding and fabrication of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and technical specifications.
• Carry out cutting, grinding, fitting, assembly, and finishing of fabricated components.
• Operate welding equipment including MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), FCAW, and Stick (SMAW) welding machines.
• Ensure welds comply with quality standards and project specifications.
• Inspect fabricated components for accuracy, alignment, and workmanship.
• Work closely with production supervisors, engineers, and installation teams to complete projects on schedule.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in accordance with company safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Welder/Fabricator.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, FCAW, and SMAW welding processes.
• Strong ability to read engineering drawings and fabrication blueprints.
• Experience fabricating structural steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Knowledge of welding symbols, measuring instruments, and fabrication tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automotive fabrication, vehicle modifications, or mobility equipment.
• Welding certification is an advantage.
• Experience using fabrication machinery such as bandsaws, drills, press brakes, and grinders.
• Basic fitting and assembly skills.
