Welder Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and equipment according to engineering drawings and specifications while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG, TIG, ARC, and Gas welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum materials.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and fabrication sketches.
• Cut, grind, fit, and prepare metal components for welding.
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures, frames, brackets, and vehicle body components.
• Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Operate welding machines, grinders, cutting torches, and other fabrication tools safely.
• Repair damaged metal structures and equipment as required.
• Maintain welding equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of welding and fabrication experience.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding.
• Ability to read technical drawings and fabrication plans.
• Knowledge of welding safety standards and metal fabrication techniques.
• Experience using fabrication tools such as grinders, drills, plasma cutters, and cutting torches.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials.
• Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.

Preferred Experience:

• Fabrication of truck bodies, trailers, containers, or heavy equipment.
• Experience with stainless steel and aluminum welding.
• Welding certification (AWS, ASME, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.
