Position Summary

Web San Judas LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Web Services Coordinator to manage, coordinate, and support the company’s web-based services and digital infrastructure. This role ensures smooth operation of websites, web applications, and client-facing digital platforms while working closely with developers, designers, and IT support teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the deployment, maintenance, and updates of company websites and web applications
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams (developers, IT) and non-technical stakeholders
• Monitor website performance, uptime, and user experience metrics
• Manage content updates and ensure accuracy across web platforms
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and escalate when necessary
• Oversee web service requests and track project progress using internal systems
• Ensure compliance with security standards and company web policies
• Support integration of third-party APIs and web tools
• Maintain documentation for web processes, workflows, and updates
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support digital campaigns and online content publishing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in web coordination, IT support, or digital project management
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web hosting environments
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, or similar)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud hosting platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)
• Knowledge of SEO basics and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices for web environments
• Project management tools experience (Trello, Jira, Asana)

Work Conditions

• Full-time position based in Al Rayyan, Qatar
• Occasional after-hours support for critical web issues
• Collaborative office environment with hybrid flexibility (if applicable)
