Web Services Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Web Services Coordinator to oversee web operations, manage client projects, and ensure seamless delivery of digital services. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge of web platforms, and the ability to coordinate effectively between clients, developers, and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate web service projects, including design, development, and deployment.
• Liaise with clients to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
• Manage schedules, deliverables, and resource allocation for web projects.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s IT and digital service regulations.
• Oversee website maintenance, updates, and performance monitoring.
• Support digital marketing initiatives and online content management.
• Prepare reports on project outcomes, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Recommend improvements to enhance service quality and user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in web services coordination, IT project management, or digital operations.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, CMS platforms, and online service delivery.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools; familiarity with HTML, CSS, or CMS systems is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, client-focused environments.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
