We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Visual Merchandiser \& Fashion Stylist to join our team on a part-time basis.

This role combines visual merchandising, fashion styling, sales, and customer service. We are looking for someone who not only has a strong eye for fashion and presentation but is also confident interacting with customers and driving sales on the sales floor.

Position Summary

As a Visual Merchandiser \& Fashion Stylist, you will play a key role in maintaining the visual standards of the gallery while delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

You will be responsible for creating attractive product displays, styling mannequins, organizing merchandise, showcasing new arrivals, and assisting customers with personalized styling recommendations. This is a hands-on retail position where visual merchandising and sales go hand in hand.

Key ResponsibilitiesVisual Merchandising

• Create and maintain visually appealing merchandise displays.
• Style mannequins and feature presentations to showcase new collections.
• Continuously refresh the sales floor to keep the gallery inspiring and engaging.
• Organize merchandise by collection, color story, and customer shopping experience.
• Ensure all visual displays reflect ZIBOO's brand image and standards.
• Assist with seasonal merchandising updates and promotional displays.
• Identify opportunities to improve product presentation and customer flow throughout the gallery.

Fashion Styling \& Customer Experience

• Welcome customers and provide exceptional service.
• Build genuine relationships with customers through personalized styling advice.
• Assist clients in selecting outfits and creating complete looks.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
• Deliver a luxury shopping experience that encourages repeat business.
• Promote store events, new arrivals, and loyalty initiatives.

Sales

• Actively engage customers on the sales floor.
• Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals.
• Process transactions accurately using Shopify POS.
• Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.
• Contribute to increasing average transaction value through styling and product recommendations.

Inventory \& Store Operations

• Receive, steam, tag, and merchandise new arrivals.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory organization.
• Ensure products are displayed correctly and maintained throughout the day.

Required QualificationsMandatory Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Visual Merchandising experience within a fashion retail environment.
• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and fashion presentation.
• Experience styling mannequins and creating impactful product displays.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in women's fashion retail.
• Fashion Styling or Fashion Merchandising education is considered an asset.
• Experience using Shopify POS is an asset.
• Social media and content creation experience is considered an asset.

Hours: 15–20 hours per week
