Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and versatile UI/UX \& Graphic Designer to lead both our product experience and visual identity initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing seamless, data-rich interfaces for our corporate web and mobile applications while also serving as the lead designer for branding, logo creation, corporate communications, and print materials.
This role requires a strong balance between enterprise product design and brand development, with expertise in creating intuitive dashboard experiences, scalable design systems, and professional marketing collateral.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Enterprise Product Design (Web \& Mobile Applications)
Figma-Based Product Design
- Design, prototype, and iterate high-fidelity user interfaces for responsive web and mobile applications using Figma.
- Create user-centered designs that align with business goals and enhance usability.
Complex Dashboard Design
- Design intuitive and data-driven dashboards that transform complex corporate information into actionable insights.
- Establish clear visual hierarchies and information architecture to improve user understanding and navigation.
Data Visualization
- Design and implement effective data visualizations, including line charts, bar graphs, scatter plots, KPI cards, and analytical dashboards.
- Ensure data is presented clearly, accurately, and in a visually engaging manner.
Design Systems \& Scalability
- Develop, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems in Figma.
- Create reusable components, variants, and auto-layout structures to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
2. Branding \& Graphic Design
Brand Identity Development
- Conceptualize and design logos, brand identities, and comprehensive brand guidelines.
- Ensure all branding aligns with the company’s vision, values, and market positioning.
Corporate Communications
- Design company profiles, pitch decks, presentations, reports, and digital marketing assets.
- Maintain a consistent visual language across all communication channels.
Print Design \& Production
- Design brochures, flyers, business cards, banners, event materials, and other marketing collateral.
- Prepare production-ready artwork for professional printing and vendor delivery.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Expert proficiency in Figma with advanced knowledge of prototyping, components, variants, auto-layout, and design systems.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
Product Design Experience
- Proven experience designing for complex SaaS, enterprise, or corporate software platforms.
- Strong understanding of role-based access systems, workflow-driven applications, and usability best practices.
- Demonstrated experience creating professional dashboards and data-intensive user interfaces.
Visual Design Expertise
- Strong understanding of:
- Typography
- Color Theory
- Layout \& Composition
- Visual Hierarchy
- Branding Principles
- Ability to maintain consistency across both digital and print media.
Collaboration \& Communication
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into simple, elegant, and user-friendly design solutions.
- Experience working closely with developers and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Education \& Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, UI/UX Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or Graphic Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Enterprise software design
- Dashboard and data visualization projects
- Branding and logo development
- Print and marketing collateral
