JM Entertainment Ltd is one of the UK's leading suppliers of bespoke branded games and event entertainment, working with hundreds of clients across the UK. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Large Format Print \& Graphics Technician to join our production team at our warehouse on Baglan Industrial Estate, Port Talbot.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be producing and applying graphics to our unique range of bespoke games and event equipment, helping create products that are used at events throughout the UK.

Regular overtime is available during busy periods and event installations.

The Role

You'll be responsible for producing and applying high-quality vinyl graphics using our wide-format printers, laminatorsand Adobe Illustrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate wide-format printers, laminators and finishing equipment.
• Prepare artwork for print using Adobe Illustrator.
• Liaise with clients regarding supplied artwork and resolve any artwork queries before production.
• Print, laminate and apply vinyl graphics to bespoke games and event products.
• Ensure all printed graphics meet our high quality standards.
• Apply vinyl accurately to a variety of surfaces.
• Carry out quality checks before products leave the workshop.
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient production area.
• Work to deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties when required.
• Occasionally assist with event installations across the UK.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience operating wide-format printers and laminators.
• Experience applying vinyl graphics to a professional standard.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator.
• Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with manual handling and lifting products safely.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Positive, reliable and enthusiastic with a strong can-do attitude.
