Role Purpose

The Strategic Planning Executive is responsible for leading the implementation of the training and development strategy, enhancing organizational capability by identifying training needs, coordinating development programs, and ensuring alignment with business goals and budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

  • Lead the implementation of the comprehensive training and development plan in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with department heads, chiefs, and directors to identify skill gaps and future training needs.
  • Collect and analyze training requirements from various departments.
  • Conduct assessments to determine individual and team training needs.
  • Research and recommend suitable internal and external training programs, workshops, and certifications.
  • Liaise with training providers and evaluate course effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update training records and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare regular reports on training activities, participation, and outcomes.

BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS \& EXPERIENCE

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 2-4 years of experience in a relevant work field.

Experience in strategic planning or training and development roles.

Skills

· Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

· High level of professionalism.

· Fluency in Arabic and English.

· Budget management experience is a plus.
