Perfect Flowers is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and support the delivery of exceptional floral and gifting solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable floral arrangements, gifting solutions, and décor services.
- Promote floral products for events, weddings, corporate functions, and gifting occasions.
- Handle walk-in customers, online inquiries, phone calls, and social media leads professionally.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Process orders accurately and ensure timely coordination with operations and floristry teams.
- Coordinate customer requirements, special requests, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with corporate clients, event planners, hotels, and other potential customers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Suggest creative ideas and initiatives to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE sales experience preferred.
- Experience in flowers, events, gifting, retail, hospitality, or related industries is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of MS Office.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- UAE Driving License is an advantage.
