Job Description

Sales Manager for a Poultry Company in Bahrain:

Responsible for:

  • Distributor Management: Lead and support local distributors to ensure efficient route-to-market execution, optimal supply chain stocking, and product availability.
  • Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail buyers, securing profitable shelf space, and negotiating Customer Development Agreements.
  • Trade Marketing Execution: Roll out aggressive in-store merchandising initiatives, promotions, and product launches aligned with brand priorities.
  • Market & P&L Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, analyze sales performance data, and manage regional sales budgets to maximize market share.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive commercial experience in the FMCG or consumer goods industry, with a track record of launching brands.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong financial acumen, negotiation capabilities, and a deep understanding of distribution channels and local market dynamics.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Driving License is a must.
  • Fluency in English
