Job Summary

As a Technical Specialist in React.js, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality products and sustenance solutions. You will leverage your advanced expertise in React.js to lead and mentor a team, ensuring adherence to defined scopes and standards while continuously innovating to meet client requirements. Your strategic approach to developing solutions will be crucial in driving client satisfaction and maintaining industry-leading practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect, Design, And Develop Solutions For Product And Sustenance Delivery Using React.Js, Ensuring The Implementation Of Best Practices And Coding Standards Across The Team.

2. Act As A Subject Matter Expert (Sme) In React.Js, Providing Guidance And Troubleshooting Support To Team Members On Complex Technical Challenges.

3. Ensure Continuous Knowledge Upgradation By Researching And Integrating New Technologies Into Project Workflows, Thereby Maintaining High-Quality Standards And Fulfilling Client Requirements.

4. Train And Mentor Team Members On React.Js Development, Fostering A Culture Of Learning And Ensuring A Sustainable Supply Of Skilled Resources To Mitigate Delivery Risks.

5. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather Specifications And Deliver Tailored Solutions Based On A Thorough Understanding Of Client Domains And Technology Needs.

6. Review Project Deliverables To Ensure They Meet Established Quality Standards And Project Specifications Before Delivery To The Client.

7. Propose And Implement Value Creation Initiatives For Clients While Recommending Industry Best Practices In React.Js Development And Related Technologies.

Skill Requirements

1. Expert-Level Proficiency In React.Js, With A Solid Understanding Of Its Core Principles And Architecture.

2. Strong Knowledge Of Node.Js And Angular For Full-Stack Development Integration.

3. Proficient In Javascript, Html, Css, And Modern Web Development Practices.

4. Experience With Version Control Systems, Particularly Git.

5. Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Think Critically And Strategically.

Skillset

For Frontend :

Angular (especially 20+ and signals) + Typescript

Ability to get familiar with complex architectures by yourself and work agile beyond Jira/Scrum stack, don't depend on stories - > Proactivity and communication

Toolchain: Java, Git, VSCode, CI, Mac, Windows,

For Backend :

Technical Skills

Experience: Several years of relevant industry experience in designing and developing backend solutions.

Programming: Fluent in building RESTful APIs in either:

Java with Spring Boot \& Spring Security, or

Node.js with Express \& TypeScript

Containers \& Cloud: Experience building containerized services (Docker, Kubernetes) and/or cloud native microservices.

Databases: Comfortable with relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).

Tooling: Working knowledge of Maven, Webpack, Postman, OpenAPI specifications, and testing frameworks for unit/integration testing.

Security \& Auth: Familiarity with OAuth2 flows and secure API practices.

Soft Skills
