We are looking for a Technical Director (m/f) who can define and execute our technical strategy while leading multidisciplinary engineering teams across multiple high-impact initiatives. This is more than a leadership role—you will influence the company's technology roadmap, establish engineering standards, mentor technical leaders, and ensure that every solution we deliver meets the highest standards of quality, innovation, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Strategy: Develop and execute the company's technical vision, ensuring engineering initiatives support long-term business objectives.

Engineering Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary engineering and technical teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.

Project Oversight: Provide executive technical guidance across multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines.

Architecture \& Innovation: Establish engineering best practices, review technical architectures, and encourage the adoption of modern technologies and innovative solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with executive leadership, clients, and project teams to translate business objectives into practical technical solutions.

Quality \& Governance: Implement engineering standards, quality assurance processes, technical governance, and risk management practices across all projects.

Business Development: Support client presentations, technical proposals, and solution design during business development activities.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 10+ years of experience in engineering, technology, or technical project leadership, including several years managing senior technical teams and large-scale projects.

Leadership: Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary engineering organizations while delivering complex technical programs and driving organizational growth.

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of engineering principles, enterprise systems, software architecture, infrastructure, digital transformation, and modern technology platforms.

Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts to executive leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams while building trusted relationships.

Problem Solving: A strategic thinker who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, making informed decisions, and balancing innovation with practical business needs.

Pay: BD1,940.000 - BD2,500.000 per month
