Staff Pharmacist

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately while adhering to all safety protocols and legal regulations, including HIPAA compliance.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate medication therapies and monitor responses.
• Collaborate with medical teams on complex cases involving pain management, pediatrics, and medical management.
• Manage inventory levels effectively, ensuring proper storage, stock rotation, and compliance with pharmacy standards.
• Utilize pharmacy software and electronic health record (EHR) systems for prescription processing, documentation, and medication reconciliation.
• Educate patients on medication use, potential side effects, immunizations, and health maintenance strategies to promote optimal health outcomes.
• Assist pharmacy technicians in daily operations, supervising medication administration procedures and supporting patient service initiatives.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all pharmacy activities.
• Stay current with advances in pharmacology, physiology, anatomy knowledge, and medical terminology to provide expert clinical guidance.

Experience

• Fluent in Vietnamese

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $61.47 - $74.03 per hour
