To support hiring for our manufacturing and production operations. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment of both staff and blue-collar workers, with a strong focus on high-volume hiring and overseas talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for production-related positions.
- Lead bulk hiring campaigns for skilled and semi-skilled workers from local and international markets.
- Plan and participate in recruitment drives, job fairs, and overseas hiring events.
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and external partners to ensure a consistent talent pipeline.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably within manufacturing, interiors, construction, or related industries.
- Proven experience in bulk hiring and overseas recruitment.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel for recruitment campaigns and hiring drives.
- Experience in GCC recruitment and knowledge of regional labor markets will be a distinct advantage.
