池袋のトレーディングカードゲーム専門店、カードシークレットのECサイトがリニューアルオープンするにあたり、新しいメンバーを募集いたします！！As our e-commerce site undergoes a grand renewal opening, we are looking for new passionate members to join our team!

-商品掲載に伴う作業 (写真撮影、商品掲載) Product Listing Tasks (Taking photos, uploading and listing items online)

-ピッキング Order Picking

-梱包から発送 Packing \& Shipping

-店舗との業務連絡 Contacting the Store

-カスタマーサービス (メール) Customer Service (Responding to customer inquiries via email)

-その他運営において付随する業務 Other related operational duties as required

Located just a 5-minute walk from Ikebukuro Station, Card Secret is a premier Trading Card Game (TCG) specialty shop. We buy and sell secondhand trading cards, including Pokémon cards, and related merchandise. With an Australian owner and a wide selection of international products, around half of our customers are tourists from all over the world!

今年の7月頃にECサイトのリニューアルオープンを予定しています。当該のポジションにおいてはオフィスでの勤務となるため、少数精鋭のオンラインセールススタッフとして勤務していただきます。

We are gearing up for the grand renewal opening of our e-commerce site in July 2026! We are looking for a new Online Sales Assistant to join our small, high-performing office team. The position is based in our office, conveniently located within walking distance of Ikebukuro Station.

-残業なし。定時退社推奨。/ No overtime. Leaving on time is highly encouraged

求める人材:

【必須 / Required Skills \& Qualifications】

-トレーディングカードの知識 / Knowledge of Trading Card

-PCの利用に抵抗がない方/ Comfortable using computers

-英語スキル（日常会話程度も可）/ English proficiency (Conversational level or above is acceptable)

【歓迎 / Preferred Skills \& Experience】

-トレーディングカードショップ経験者 / Experience working at a TCG shop

-英語、または中国語ができる方 / Fluency in English or Chinese

-自発的に行動し率先して仕事ができる方 / Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative

-責任感があり、協調性のある方 / Responsible, reliable, and a great team player

勤務時間・曜日:

月〜土 / Mon – Sat：10:00\~20:00　

上記時間内で8時間勤務、1時間休憩

(8 hours of work with a 1-hour break within the hours above)
