About Us

The Beauty Island Day Spa is a busy, well-established spa in Worthing, focused on delivering high-quality treatments in a calm and supportive environment.

We are growing and looking for a Beauty Therapist or Massage Therapist to join our friendly and professional team.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering treatments including facials, massage, waxing, and body treatments
• Providing excellent client care and building strong client relationships
• Recommending retail products and aftercare
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism
• Greeting guest and showing them to the Spa
• Some reception work

Requirements

• Level 2 or Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification
• Friendly, professional, and reliable
• Passionate about the beauty and spa industry
• Strong communication and customer service skills

We welcome both newly qualified and experienced therapists.

Desirable but not essential: experience with Dermalogica, CACI, or advanced treatments.
