3D Blender Animator & Social Media Content Creator (Beauty/Makeup Brand)

Job Description:
We're an emerging beauty brand looking for a creative and ambitious content creator with experience in Blender and 3D animation. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating eye-catching social media content, designing marketing materials, and helping grow a brand from the ground up.

We're looking for someone who understands current social media trends and can create high-quality, engaging content that stands out in the beauty industry.

Responsibilities:

• Create 3D Blender animations for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms
• Design creative marketing content for product launches and promotions
• Brainstorm and execute viral content ideas
• Assist with social media marketing campaigns
• Work closely with the founder to develop brand visuals and creative direction
• Edit and optimize content for multiple platforms

Compensation:

• 3-day paid trial period to evaluate fit and creative style
• $200 performance bonus upon successful completion of the trial
• Approximately $120 per approved 3D animation/content post
• Additional marketing and promotional content paid at approximately $70 per approved post
• Free makeup products and PR packages
• Opportunity for long-term collaboration as the brand grows

Qualifications:

• Experience with Blender and 3D animation
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social media trends
• Creative eye for beauty, fashion, and lifestyle branding
• Graphic design and video editing experience preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Portfolio of previous work required

Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for someone who is highly creative, trend-aware, organized, and excited about helping build a beauty brand from the beginning. Experience creating content for beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
