content creator / graphic designer

We're hiring a Graphic Designer & Content Creator

Responsibilities:

• 1. Design social media posts, carousels, stories, advertisements, and marketing materials.
• 1. Create and develop branding and visual identity files for clients.
• 1. Produce basic motion graphics and edit short-form videos for Reels and TikTok.
• 1. Capture high-quality photos and videos using a mobile phone when needed.
• 1. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute creative campaigns.
• 1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• 1. Stay up to date with design trends, social media content, and creative best practices.

Requirements:

• 1. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and content creators are preffered.
• 1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• 1. Experience with Canva, CapCut, and other creative or AI design tools.
• 1. Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding principles.
• 1. Basic photography and videography skills using a smartphone.
• 1. Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
• 1. Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to receive feedback.
• 1. A portfolio showcasing academic, freelance, or personal projects.

Salary & Benefits

• 1. Salary: 400-500 KD per month based on experience and skills.
• 1. Incentives for every new client you acquire.
• 1. Additional incentives for every branding project you contribute to.

Pay: KD400.000 - KD500.000 per month
