Beauty and Massage Therapist

We are excited to invite a Beauty and/or Massage Therapist to become part of our welcoming team. Opportunities are available for part-time or freelance positions.

We welcome therapists specialising in beauty, massage, or ideally both.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficient in the English language
• Must have right to work and based in the UK
• Holds at least an NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy and/or Massage Therapy (or equivalent)
• Must have a minimum of two years’ hands-on experience in a salon or spa environment
• Must have worked actively within the beauty and/or massage industry within the past 1–2 years
• Must be comfortable delivering treatments to clients of all genders within a professional, safe and established spa setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confident delivering high-quality treatments

Massage Skills (if applicable):

• Skilled in Swedish, deep tissue and aromatherapy massage
• Reflexology, sports massage, pregnancy massage and lymphatic drainage are highly valued

Beauty Skills (if applicable):

• Confident in facials, waxing, lash and brow treatments and body treatments
• Strong understanding of skin health and thorough client consultation

• Advanced facial treatments; CACI, Hydrafacial, Geneo, Electrolysis

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming clients and responding to their individual needs
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand preferences and provide personalised recommendations
• Manage appointment times efficiently to ensure a seamless client journey
• Maintain a clean, organised workspace in line with spa standards
• Accurately record client notes and treatment plans
• Stay up to date with current industry techniques and developments
