MRSM is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to support the planning, creation, and execution of social media content across multiple hospitality, tourism, and lifestyle brands. Working remotely on a part-time basis, you will help manage content calendars, create engaging copy, coordinate creative assets, monitor performance, and ensure every piece of content reflects the client's brand identity and objectives.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling, hospitality, and digital marketing who enjoys working in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms.
- Write compelling captions and adapt tone of voice for different brands.
- Assist in developing monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and account managers to deliver content on time.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages where required, and escalate customer inquiries when needed.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Prepare monthly social media performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Support influencer collaborations and campaign execution.
- Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all published content.
- Assist with community management and social listening.
- Perform basic photo and video editing when required using tools such as Canva or Adobe Express.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably within hospitality, tourism, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
- Excellent Arabic & English writing skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Eurostaffs, TikTok, Facebook, and X.
- Experience with scheduling platforms such as Zoho Social, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
- Familiarity with Canva and basic Adobe Creative Suite tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an agency environment.
- Knowledge of hospitality and luxury brand marketing.
- Experience creating short-form video content for Reels and TikTok.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, or similar for content ideation and workflow efficiency.
