Job Vacancy: Site Supervisor (Civil)Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed on time while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
- Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Prepare daily site reports, work progress updates, and site documentation.
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment on site.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and site safety practices are maintained at all times.
- Attend site meetings and assist in project coordination.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in civil construction projects.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site supervision.
- Familiar with quality control, safety requirements, and project documentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel or work at project sites.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an added advantage.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
