We are currently seeking a Senior Solutions Architect who can lead large scale technical initiatives while defining long term system architecture strategies across multiple business units.

This is a high impact leadership role where you will work directly with executive management, engineering teams, and enterprise clients. You will be responsible for designing secure and scalable systems that support mission critical operations while aligning technology decisions with long term business growth. Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Architecture Leadership:
Design and oversee scalable system architectures that support high availability, security, and long term operational efficiency.

Technical Strategy:
Define architecture standards, infrastructure roadmaps, and engineering best practices across multiple enterprise projects.

Team Leadership:
Mentor Senior Engineers and Technical Leads while guiding cross functional teams through implementation planning and architectural reviews.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with executive stakeholders, project managers, and enterprise clients to align technical solutions with operational goals and business priorities.

Performance and Security Optimization:
Identify system bottlenecks, strengthen platform security, and implement solutions that improve scalability and reliability.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
8 plus years in Software Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or Enterprise Architecture with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or solutions architecture role.

Technical Expertise:
Strong background in cloud platforms, distributed systems, enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity principles, and API architecture.

Leadership:
Proven experience leading technical teams, managing enterprise level projects, and mentoring engineering professionals.

Communication:
Excellent English communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to executive leadership and non technical stakeholders.

Mindset:
You are strategic, solutions driven, and highly analytical. You know how to balance technical excellence, operational efficiency, and business priorities while delivering scalable enterprise solutions.

Pay: KD3,400.000 - KD4,800.000 per month

Work Location: In person
