About the Role

We’re looking for a commercially minded and customer-focused Senior Product Owner \& Business Analyst to help shape and deliver innovative retail and automation products.

In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between customers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams—owning the product backlog, defining requirements, and driving product excellence. You’ll play a key part in delivering impactful solutions for large enterprise customers while influencing product direction and growth.

What You’ll Do

• Act as Product Owner and Business Analyst across Passport Europe, Passport X, Passport A and mStock product portfolios.
• Own and prioritise product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer needs.
• Define and translate business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables,
• Shape and guide UI/UX concepts, ensuring intuitive and user-centred design.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and delivery teams to support product development and launches.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, driving continuous improvement through feedback and insights.
• Build strong relationships with major enterprise customers, acting as a trusted advisor and key contact.
• Lead product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs to support pre-sales and decision-making.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and support growth opportunities, including upsell and cross-sell initiatives.

• Proven experience in product ownership and business analysis
• Strong ability to manage backlogs, prioritise features, and define requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working cross-functionally across technical and commercial teams
• Solid understanding of product lifecycle management and roadmap planning
• Strong customer relationship management and account management capabilities
• Confident in delivering presentations and product demos to enterprise audiences
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
• Effective problem-solving skills, handling both business and technical challenges

Desirable

• Understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centred design.
• Experience supporting product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Exposure to enterprise customers and complex commercial environments.
• Awareness of revenue growth strategies, including upsell and cross-sell.
