Role Summary

Do you spend a little too much time scrolling your socials? Perfect. We’re looking for a Senior Social Manager who lives and breathes social media. In this role, you'll work with some of Australia’s top brands to develop and execute strategies that drive real results. You’ll create compelling content strategies tailored to each client, bring that content to life, and ensure it’s scheduled seamlessly across their platforms.

Requirements

• Experience in short-form video content creation;
• Excessive usage of TikTok and Instagram - if there's a trend, you're already on it
• Expertise in developing and executing organic content strategies;
• Experience in monitoring content performance and applying learnings to future strategies;
• A keen eye for aesthetic designs and how to curate a feed;
• Ability to write engaging captions;
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Understanding of post-production - being able to edit content to achieve desired outcomes;
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a professional social media role;
• Experience managing client relationships and project managing the creative workflow;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; and
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement content strategies for various clients.
• Conceptualise specific content ideas and see them through to execution.
• Schedule and plan posts in advance and write engaging captions to accompany posts.
• Liaise with clients to deliver an exceptional service that exceeds their expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with client objectives.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
