We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager – E-commerce \& Supply Chain who can take full ownership of our operational backbone. This is not a passive management role. You will be responsible for shaping how inventory flows, how orders are fulfilled, and how our supply chain scales as the business grows. You will act as the bridge between suppliers, warehouse teams, and digital operations—turning complexity into structure, speed, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Operations Leadership:
Own warehouse, logistics, and fulfilment operations across NSW, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Supply Chain Management:
Manage supplier relationships, inbound stock flow, and inventory planning to ensure product availability aligns with demand.
Process Optimisation:
Continuously improve fulfilment speed, cost efficiency, and operational workflows across all touchpoints.
Team Leadership:
Lead and support warehouse and operations teams, setting clear expectations and performance standards.
Performance Tracking:
Develop and maintain KPIs for fulfilment accuracy, delivery time, stock levels, and operational cost control.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Work closely with e-commerce, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure operational alignment with business demand.
Scaling Systems:
Identify bottlenecks and implement systems that support growth from small-scale operations to high-volume fulfilment.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
5+ years in operations, supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce fulfilment environments, with proven leadership responsibility.
Operational Expertise:
Strong understanding of warehouse workflows, inventory management, and order fulfilment systems.
Leadership Ability:
Experience managing teams in fast-paced operational environments with a focus on accountability and execution.
Problem-Solving Mindset:
You are analytical and practical. You focus on fixing root causes, not just symptoms.
Execution Focus:
You are comfortable working in environments where priorities shift and decisions need to be made quickly.
Systems Thinking:
You understand how small operational improvements compound into large-scale efficiency gains.
Pay: $10,800.00 – $14,200.00 per month
