EY Studio+ is seeking a Senior Manager – Marketing, Communications \& Digital Transformation in International Public Institutions to join our growing European team.
As a senior leader within EY Studio+, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and technology, delivering agency-like services (marketing, communications, customer experience, digital transformation) to International Public Institutions (e.g. European Union Institutions and Agencies)
You will be part of a multidisciplinary network combining consulting, design, data, and technology capabilities, supporting public clients in designing and delivering high-impact communication strategies, digital services, and citizen-centric experiences.
This role requires proven experience both in consulting and/or creative agencies, with strong exposure to public institutions projects, framework contracts, and multi-stakeholder delivery environments.

You will act as a trusted advisor to International Public Institutions, lead high-impact programmes, and contribute to the growth of EY Studio+ in the public sector and institutional market.
Studio+ focuses on customer transformation, marketing excellence, and digital experience delivery, including:
Your role will adapt these capabilities to the ecosystem, including communications-driven programmes and digital public services.

Identify and develop opportunities across:

commercial shaping and pricing
Expand EY Studio+ positioning in the public institutional ecosystem through networking, events and client engagement
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role you must have
Proven track record of:
Experience in:
multi-country or consortium-based delivery
Ability to operate effectively with senior-level stakeholders (C-level / Directors / Heads of Unit)
Ideally, you’ll also have
Understanding of:
Experience with:
digital service design / UX
Additional EU languages
