This is a highly dynamic, multi-site leadership role sitting right at the crossroads of everyday cafe and bar operations, creative beverage curation, team management, and raw commercial growth. He/She will oversee the holistic operational pulse of distinct concepts within our ecosystem, keeping a major spotlight on launching, managing, and scaling smooth cafe workflows, high-volume beverage programs, and curated craft bars serving alcohol.He/She will directly guide frontline venue teams, baristas, bartenders, and supervisors to keep daily operations rolling seamlessly while keeping a sharp eye on regulatory compliance and healthy profitability.
Day-To-Day Venue \& Portfolio Operations
· Oversee, coordinate, and manage daily operational workflows across all assigned portfolio brands to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
· Establish, implement, and maintain rigorous Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for front-of-house, floor management, and opening/closing workflows across multiple venues.
· Conduct routine site visits and quality inspections of venue facilities, cafe seating areas, and bars to maintain pristine presentation, cleanliness, safety, and brand alignment.
· Manage logistical flow and structural synergy across diverse outlet concepts, balancing standalone bistros/ cafes with integrated sports venue bars.
Bar \& Cafe Beverage Management (Alcohol \& Curation)
· Lead the strategic operational setup, inventory architecture, and creative direction of bar and cafe beverage programs—serving great coffee, signature non-alcoholic drinks, cocktails, craft beers, wine, and spirits tailored to each brand's identity.
· Develop, scale, and update innovative beverage and cafe menus, ensuring competitive pricing and meticulous attention to overall beverage cost margins.
· Enforce absolute compliance with liquor licensing laws, responsible service of alcohol (RSA) standards, and strict municipal health and safety protocols across all outlets.
· Source, negotiate, and maintain strategic relationships with coffee roasters, alcohol distributors, and key suppliers to secure favorable commercial agreements and exclusive activations.
Inventory Control \& Financial Performance
· Implement robust inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) auditing systems to closely monitor stock levels, minimize wastage, and eliminate shrinkage.
· Conduct regular cost of goods sold (COGS) analysis for the bar and cafe beverage departments to hit monthly profitability targets.
· Manage scheduling, labor cost allocations, and operational budgets to ensure fiscal efficiency without compromising on service excellence.
Team Leadership \& Talent Development
· Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a high-performing operations team, including bar supervisors, head bartenders, mixologists, baristas, and service crew.
· Conduct structured training sessions covering mixology, espresso extraction, product knowledge, and service techniques to elevate the team's craftsmanship.
· Foster a positive, energetic, and accountable work environment, implementing clear KPIs and performance review cycles for direct reports.
Who we are looking for
5+ years of operational leadership experience in high-volume cafes, top-tier bars, lounges, restaurants, or lifestyle hospitality portfolio venues.
Strong technical proficiency in F\&B inventory management software, modern POS systems, and Microsoft Excel for tracking metrics.
Comprehensive knowledge of mixology, espresso excellence, stock auditing, and local licensing regulations.
Excellent communications, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
