Senior Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager who can take full ownership of our people strategy. Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy Development: Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and growth plans.
Talent Acquisition Leadership: Oversee recruitment processes for senior and technical roles ensuring high quality hiring standards.
Performance Management: Develop and manage performance evaluation systems that improve productivity and accountability.
Employee Relations: Handle workplace culture, employee engagement, conflict resolution, and retention strategies.
Policy and Compliance: Ensure HR policies comply with Kuwait labor regulations and internal governance standards.
Organizational Development: Support leadership in structuring teams, defining roles, and improving operational efficiency.

What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 6 plus years in Human Resources with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role
Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, HR systems, and organizational development
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and decision making abilities
Mindset: You are structured, people focused, and able to balance business needs with employee wellbeing

Pay: KD1,300.000 - KD2,000.000 per month
