5 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, account planning or business development.
Ability to communicate in English and Turkish fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience navigating matrixed organizations to build consensus and secure investments.
Experience with Google Ad Solutions and understanding of the performer landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
Ability to master key vertical business models and macro-trends, advising clients on AI's impact on P\&L and market positioning.
Ability to translate complex AI concepts into data-driven narratives that influence C-suite strategy.
Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing ambitious outcomes.
Proven track record of negotiating and delivering complex, multi-year Joint Business Plans (JBP) with enterprise clients, utilizing data for forecasting, pipeline management, and identifying long-term value.
