We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (m/f/d) who can take ownership of people strategy across complex business units. You are not just managing HR processes; you are shaping how teams are built, developed, and scaled. You act as the strategic link between leadership and employees, ensuring that business goals are supported by strong organizational capability and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy \& Planning: Develop and implement workforce strategies aligned with business objectives across operational units.
Organizational Development: Support restructuring, succession planning, and capability building across departments.
Employee Relations: Act as the key point of contact for employee relations matters, ensuring compliance and consistency in HR policies.
Performance Management: Design and oversee performance evaluation frameworks that improve productivity and accountability.
Leadership Support: Partner with senior management to provide guidance on talent decisions and organizational design.
Data Driven HR: Use HR analytics to support decision making and identify trends in engagement, turnover, and workforce effectiveness.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 6+ years in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a senior HRBP or strategic HR role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR operations, labor law, organizational development, and performance management systems.
Communication Skills: Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership decisions.
Mindset: Strategic, structured, and solutions oriented. You understand how people strategy drives business success in complex environments.
Pay: QAR15,000.00 - QAR22,000.00 per month
