Role Summary
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Front-end Developer to join their UI team to build amazing user experiences with Angular. The developer will apply their extensive experience with modern technologies and practices to help end-users make effective use of e-banking.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality responsive web application.
- Develop and test new features.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and constructive design discussions to deliver maintainable and practical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Make recommendations on how to evolve the code base.
- Accurately estimate development effort.
- Squash bugs.
- Participate in peer code reviews.
Mentor junior developers.
Qualifications \& Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 10 years’ experience in design and development in a full stack environment.
- More than 5 years of experience doing web development primarily using Angular Framework.
- Solid functional and hands on experience in developing Banking applications.
- Candidate should have a good understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent Problem-solving skills, self-motivated, adaptable, and goal-oriented.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Experience in working with APIs and integrating it.
- Knowledge on 3rd party libraries and able to update and migrate the code base.
- Knowledge in CI/CD pipeline and able to maintain it when necessary.
- Thorough knowledge in unit, e2e and integration testing.
