Monthly Salary: SAR 2,800 to SAR 3,200 plus FREE Duty Meal, Shared Accommodation and Transportation to and from work

Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Barista with expertise in specialty coffee to join our team. The Senior Barista will play a leadership role in the coffee bar, crafting exceptional coffee beverages, mentoring junior baristas, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of specialty coffee, a passion for creating unique and delicious drinks, and a commitment to providing a memorable coffee experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of specialty coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-over coffee, and cold brew, using advanced techniques and knowledge. Stay up-to-date on the latest coffee trends and techniques, continuously expanding your knowledge of specialty coffee.
• Train and mentor junior baristas on coffee preparation techniques, latte art, customer service, and coffee knowledge. Provide ongoing feedback and support to help them develop their skills.
• Monitor the quality of coffee beans, milk, and other ingredients, ensuring freshness and adherence to our high standards. Calibrate and maintain coffee brewing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional service throughout their visit. Educate customers about our coffee offerings, answer questions, and offer recommendations based on their preferences.
• Assist in managing the daily operations of the coffee bar, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Lead by example, motivating and inspiring the coffee bar team to provide exceptional service and maintain high standards of quality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a barista, with a proven track record of expertise in specialty coffee preparation.
• Advanced coffee brewing skills, including espresso extraction, milk steaming, latte art, and manual brewing methods. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
• In-depth knowledge of coffee origins, roast levels, brewing methods, flavor profiles, and coffee equipment maintenance.
• SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) certifications or equivalent qualifications are a plus but not required
