Job Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and monitor project cost calculations, job costing, profitability analysis, and budget variance reports for ongoing and completed projects.
- Handle Qatar Taxation matters, including preparation, reconciliation, and compliance with applicable tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate and maintain all financial documentation and reporting requirements related to the In-Country Value (ICV) program, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
- Support statutory, internal, and external audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and required financial documentation.
- Review financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal control procedures.
- Assist the Finance Manager in cash flow planning, budgeting, financial forecasting, and management reporting.
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to financial procedures.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, government authorities, clients, and suppliers on finance-related matters whenever required.
- Participate in ERP system improvements, process automation, and implementation of financial control initiatives.
- Undertake any other finance, accounting, taxation, commercial, or administrative responsibilities assigned by the Finance Manager or Management from time to time, including duties arising in connection with ICV compliance, Qatar taxation, project costing, financial analysis, and business operations.
Pay: QAR8,500.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
