Our marketing team turns that expertise into positioning, campaigns, thought leadership, case studies, landing pages, sales materials, and content that supports business growth through lead generation.

We built the pipeline engine from scratch in year one, and by the first half of year two, we had already exceeded the previous full-year pipeline result (in millions $) by 50%+. The lead funnel also continues to grow strongly, with +49% growth since the end of 2025 and +611% YoY versus June 2025.

Now we’re looking for a Senior Content \& Social Media Specialist who will help us scale high-quality content and make our expertise easier to understand, publish, distribute, and reuse.

Your role as Senior Content \& Social Media Specialist

This role is for someone who enjoys working closely with experts, technology, and business. You won’t just be “writing posts”; you’ll help turn conversations with AI engineers, data scientists, sales, and leadership into content that explains complex ideas clearly and supports the buyer journey.

You’ll work with a small marketing team and people across the business who enjoy collaborating with each other. Marketing sets strategy, coordinates campaigns, website updates, content, social media, events, reporting, and sales enablement. With RevOps we connect our work with CRM, funnel data, attribution, and lead qualification. Sales brings market feedback, client questions, and content needs. A designer turns ideas into clear visual assets.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and editing B2B content in English: blog posts, case studies, newsletters, Eurostaffs posts, one-pagers, ebooks, ads copy, and website content.
  • Turning expert input into clear, structured, business-relevant narratives.
  • Conducting short interviews with internal experts, sales, delivery teams, and leadership.
  • Supporting the creation of sales enablement materials such as case studies, one-pagers, use case descriptions, and short offer-related assets.
  • Managing content publication in CMS: uploading, formatting, updating, and improving website content.
  • Repurposing long-form content into social media posts, carousels, newsletter sections, and distribution snippets.
  • Supporting company Eurostaffs communication and selected expert / leadership content.
  • Collaborating with designers on visual concepts, content packaging, UX, readability, and content presentation.
  • Keeping website content up to date and making sure new content is placed in the right sections.
  • Supporting SEO and GEO basics: structure, metadata, internal linking, keyword intent, and content updates.
  • Using AI tools thoughtfully to speed up research, structuring, editing, and repurposing — while keeping content accurate, original, and aligned with our voice.
  • Analysis of the best-performing content pieces across different platforms to find the patterns and share insights.

You must have

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in technology, software, AI, data, cloud, or IT services.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2).
  • Ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear and business-oriented way.
  • Experience creating long-form content such as blog posts, case studies, ebooks, reports, or expert articles.
  • Experience writing for Eurostaffs and adapting content to different formats.
  • Confidence in working with subject-matter experts and asking good questions.
  • Strong editorial skills: structure, clarity, flow, argumentation, and attention to detail.
  • Basic SEO/GEO understanding.
  • Experience working with CMS tools.
  • Practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar.
  • Ownership mindset and ability to manage several content pieces at the same time.

You may have

  • Experience in AI, machine learning, data, software engineering, pharma / healthcare, or financial industry content.
  • Experience with WordPress.
  • Experience in sales enablement content.
  • Experience ghostwriting for experts or executives.
  • Experience working with designers on content visuals.
  • Basic understanding of UX writing or conversion-oriented content.
  • Agency or software development company background.

How we work

We’re a relatively small marketing team, which means we stay close to each other’s work and decisions. A few things that help us work effectively:

  • We have short daily check-ins that help us stay aligned, unblock issues quickly, prioritize work, and simply stay connected as a team.
  • We work in two-week sprints, which give us a clear structure while still leaving room for flexibility. It also helps us stay focused on quarterly and longer-term goals and realize the roadmap.
  • We have regular 1:1s with the Head of Marketing. It’s a space for feedback, discussing priorities, solving challenges, sharing ideas, and talking openly about what’s working and what isn’t.

Our Commercial team integrations have become somewhat legendary (especially our Energylandia trip). Expect creative locations, plenty of conversations, and enough stories to keep the team entertained until the next offsite.

What success looks like

After the first few months, you will be able to:

  • Independently create strong first drafts based on expert input.
  • Publish and update content in the CMS with close attention to detail.
  • Repurpose one content asset into several useful formats.
  • Support sales with clear, practical content materials.
  • Help reduce content bottlenecks in the marketing team.
  • Improve readability, structure, and distribution of our content.
