Senior Bartender

Key Responsibilities

• Mixology \& Service: Prepare and serve both classic and signature cocktails, wines, and beers to exact specifications. Recommend drinks based on guest preferences.
• Leadership \& Training: Lead bar shifts, train junior bartenders, and guide barbacks on service standards and product knowledge.
• Operations \& Inventory: Manage stock levels, conduct inventory checks, order supplies, and oversee opening and closing duties.
• Guest Relations: Anticipate guest needs, handle complaints or complex requests tactfully, and drive upselling.
• Compliance \& Safety: Enforce responsible alcohol service, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

Requirements \& Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of bartending experience in a fast-paced bar.
• Skills: Appropriate knowledge of mixology, spirits, and wines, strong Point of Sale (POS) system operation, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Certifications: Valid food handling certifications and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) credentials.
