Role Summary

IT Company looking for a Senior Accountant to drive our financial operations and ERP efficiency. This role is designed for a technical finance professional who can leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 to ensure project profitability and rigorous financial governance.

Job Description

ERP Management: Lead the financial modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring accurate data entry, system reconciliation, and optimized automated workflows.

Project Accounting: Manage the financial lifecycle of infrastructure projects, including cost allocation, WIP monitoring, and IFRS-compliant revenue recognition.

Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the CFO ensuring adherence to IAS/IFRS.

Budgeting \& Forecasting: Collaborate on predictive financial modelling and provide variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Internal Controls: Maintain and audit internal controls within the ERP to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F\&O or Business Central).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

Professional Certification: CPA, CMA, or ACCA is highly preferred.

Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Power BI for financial reporting.

Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in System integration, IT, engineering, or project-based sectors in the Kuwaiti market is a major plus.

Communication: Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Pay: KD500.000 - KD800.000 per hour
