Typical Job Description

Responsibilities often include:

Assessing, planning, and implementing patient care

Monitoring patient conditions and administering medications

Supervising and mentoring junior nurses and nursing assistants

Coordinating with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams

Maintaining accurate medical records and reports

Ensuring compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection-control procedures

Handling emergency situations and critical patient care

Assisting with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring

Supporting quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR14,000.00 per month
