Self Employed Massage Therapist

Mersea Road Clinic are looking for an experienced deep and soft tissue massage therapist that could work within a clinic of MSK specialists, who would be willing to work on a self-employed basis. The candidate will have a minimum of level 3 in massage therapy.

The ideal candidate should have an understanding of General massage needs, common injuries, rehabilitation, and be able to provide soft and deep tissue massage.

The successful candidate will be managing some existing clients along with an influx of new clients. It is paramount that the candidate has the availability to commit to certain days as required but also the flexibility to cover other practitioner if required.

The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and passionate about massage therapies and possess the following skills:

• An outgoing, nurturing and friendly manner is essential
• The ability to comfortably communicate with clients and engage without judgement.
• Qualification in Massage - please bring certification to interview
• Flexible in approach and able to work well in a team
• Fluent in spoken English with excellent communication skills
• Have a legal right to work in the UK
• Have a passion for helping care for their patients

Job Types: Part-time, Self-employed

Pay: £18.50-£30.00 per hour

Experience:

• Deep tissue massage: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Massage Therapist qualification (required)
• Public liability insurance (required)
