Student Care Coordinator – Calgary, AB

Hours: Temporary, Part Time

Dates: July 27, 2026 until September 11th (negotiable).

Location: In-clinic position located in Calgary, AB.

Lifemark Vocational Services are seeking friendly and capable person to fill the role of Student Care Coordinator (Administrative Support). This is an in-person position at our Lifemark Sunridge (Calgary) clinic. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and can provide superior client service and is proficient with Office 365. You will play a vital role in performing essential administration functions and light touch service delivery with clients, ensuring seamless daily operations and compliance with Lifemark's contractual commitments.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide front desk coverage; answer telephone calls, fax, emails, greet clients and visitors upon arrival, and provide excellent customer service for all questions or concerns.
  • Assist with client and room-booking schedules, process payments.
  • Assists administrator with office organization, archival/filing projects, copying, data entry.
  • Provide support to administrative team, including referral coordination, report editing, marketing, and promotion.
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
  • Support with research, program analysis, and data input
  • Plan, organize, coordinate and manage daily assigned work.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled as a student (College or University enrolled)
  • Strong oral and written communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness and initiative to learn
  • Proficient with Office 365
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks and multi-task effectively
  • Ability to work on a casual, part-time basis as needed
  • Demonstrated interest in Vocational Services or desire to be in a client care setting is a strong asset
