We’re looking for YOU .

As an Office Coordinator, a typical day might include:

  • Answering multiline switchboard
  • Greeting, assisting, and signing in visitors
  • Collecting, sorting, and distributing faxes, incoming/outgoing Canada post (registered and interoffice) and incoming/outgoing courier (excluding Systems courier items)
  • Providing friendly professional service to all incoming callers and visitors, as well as other Axis staff members
  • Handling general administration and clerical support for staff
  • Monitoring boardroom calendars and hot desk booking through Kadence platform
  • Helping with office catering
  • Maintaining boardroom and kitchen organization and cleanliness
  • Processing credit card payments
  • Maintaining office supply inventory and ordering
  • Maintaining office photocopiers, ordering toner, requesting service calls and new user setups, etc.
  • Supporting facilities on Axis events

Must haves:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, consistently meeting internal core competencies
  • Post Secondary Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Business Administration, or equivalent experience, considered an asset
  • Experience in the insurance industry, considered an asset
