What you will do
The Sales Strategy \& Planning Lead is responsible for managing the sales strategy and daily operations to achieve business objectives. You will develop sales processes, recommend product improvements, lead and mentor your team, and drive market growth through strategic planning and relationship building:
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive and forward-thinking sales strategies that anticipate market shifts, drive sustainable revenue growth, and support market expansion.
- Reinvent pharmacy GTM strategy by pharm segmentation to figure out what to do \& where to focus and engage all sales team to maximize consumption \& sell-out in pharmacy level
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop dynamic sales plans integrating data analytics, customer insights, and marketing objectives to maximize profitability and align with organizational goals.
- Innovate and enhance forecasting models and sales planning processes to improve accuracy, agility, and scenario planning for diverse market conditions and competitive landscapes.
- Champion the adoption of cutting-edge sales enablement tools and effective sales processes, including pricing models and promotional campaigns, to optimize team performance and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional partners to align sales objectives with broader business goals, emerging industry trends, and marketing initiatives.
- Mentor, coach, and develop high-potential sales and marketing professionals to foster a culture of continuous improvement, strategic thinking, skill enhancement, motivation, and alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of sales and marketing teams to build and maintain a high-performing workforce.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to recommend product enhancements, identify new market opportunities, and pursue innovative solutions that support volume growth and business diversification.
- Monitor and report on key sales metrics, market share, financial performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and budgetary constraints while driving sales and marketing initiatives.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- +10 years of progressive experience in sales strategy, planning, management and field sales \& marketing experience preferred.
- Proven expertise in category management, market analysis, and sales forecasting.
- Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and developing business with large national retailers.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to independently lead teams, provide strategic guidance, and deliver hands-on support.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and drive business results.
- English communication (Writing \& Verbal) ability
- MS Office skills (Excel, PPT, Word) proficiency)

- Proven ability to navigate and influence at senior organizational levels, driving alignment and execution of sales initiatives.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to effectively convey vision and motivate stakeholders across functions.
- A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in sales planning.
- Experience in trade marketing and commercialization within specialty markets is highly desirable.
